The core of EPIM rests in the guidance and direction of the Foundations involved, who act directly through the Steering Committee, Executive Committee and the various working groups. Coordination is done on an operational level by its’ permanent staff member – EPIM Programme Manager, Sheena McLoughlin, and by the Programme Assistant, Zakeera Suffee, who are hosted and supported by the Network of European Foundations (NEF).
