This area of funding aims to both enhance use of the media and communications as a tool for integration, and to improve the representation and involvement of migrants in the mainstream media itself. While public policies focus on service provision for migrants and bringing communities together, the less tangible use of media is frequently sidelined when it comes to funding support.
